WORTHY and ABUNDANT: Creating an Abundant life inside and out

You are Worthy of Rest

In this heartfelt solo episode, I share an important reminder: you are allowed to rest. Rest is not laziness—it’s sacred. Slowing down gives us the space to hear the whispers of our soul, the divine messages meant for us, and the quiet guidance of our intuition.

With Yom Kippur this week, I also reflect on how this holy day is more than atonement or asking for forgiveness—it is an invitation to draw closer to G-d. In Kabbalah, we learn that to become more like the Creator is to embrace giving, and fasting is one way we align ourselves with the divine.

Most importantly, I want you to remember: you don’t have to earn love. You are worthy simply because you exist. Just as a baby does not have to earn love, food, or a clean diaper, you don’t have to prove yourself or hustle for your worthiness. Your very breath makes you deserving of love, compassion, and care—especially from yourself.

Tune in for an empowering conversation about self-love, worthiness, rest, and the spiritual practices that bring us closer to our Creator and to the truth of who we are. 💜

Linda's mission is...

Good morning. Welcome back to Worthy and Abundant. Happy Tuesday, September 30th, 2025. This episode is on. Rest and how we are allowed to rest. My word of the year for 2025 was ease, and honestly, I have to say that I finally allow myself to rest. I finally allow myself to celebrate the holidays last week, and to have open space in my calendar, to think, to meditate, to honor myself, to love myself, journal all the things.

Busyness is a habit. Busyness doesn't allow us to listen, to calm our nervous systems, to just relax. And so today I wanted to record an episode on you are allowed to relax. You're allowed to relax. Busyness is a habit. It keeps our love, our pleasure, our freedom just out of reach. It's fun to be busy sometimes, but here's the trick. You can say mantras. Say words to yourself, they can be out loud or silent. I am willing to love and accept myself. I am willing to feel worthy. I am willing to practice receiving good things on a regular basis. . You can say affirmations, and it sounds something like this.

I am willing to love and accept myself. I am willing to feel worthy. I am worthy. I am willing to practice receiving with ease. I am willing to practice receiving good things on a regular basis. I am willing to allow myself rest. I am willing to allow myself to feel good. You know, feeling good is our natural state.

We're supposed to feel good. We're supposed to be happy, and so often we have a program. That it does not say that, you know? So I woke up this morning and I was doing some prayer and some mantras and listening to my recorded voice, and I started to think about. Different things and I had the little book, how to Love Yourself in Less than a Week and for the rest of your life Next to my bed.

And I opened to a page and I started thinking about how we are allowed to feel good and we are allowed to rest. And I thought this is a powerful message that I would love to bring to you to remind you. Because of the conditioning and the programs and the patterns that we have been programmed. You know, the doing, doing, doing the racing, the chasing, the hustle.

You know, , I'm not saying we shouldn't be productive and we shouldn't be doers, but actions, yes, of course, take actions towards your goals, your strength, your dreams and desires, but. The busyness is a habit, and we can slow down and allow ourselves to feel good and allow ourselves to rest.

And this is something we don't get taught in school. We don't get taught by, society or our parents. It's more about doing, doing, doing. So I wanted to send this message to you about slowing down, allowing rest, choosing ease. What would ease feel like today? What would joy feel like today? Ask yourself those questions to be still and listen.

Listen for divine guidance. Listen for support. Listen for messages and whispers from the divine, from your higher self. What's your next move? And for me, I really love focusing on giving myself the love that I seek. Allowing myself to receive, allowing myself to feel good, allowing myself to take actions to enrich my life because at the end of the day, it's not gonna be, I wish I made more money.

It's going to be, I wish I had more adventures. I wish I connected with others more. I wish I created something beautiful for other people to help people. You know, like what is truly important, what is truly significant in your life? If you're looking for a partner and you wanna create love in your life.

Be loving towards others. Be loving towards yourself. Right. I study Kabbalah and I love it so much. And it always talks about many different things, but one of 'em is like, you give, you receive what you give and that's a kinda universal law. So, but we're human and we make mistakes and we're not perfect.

But we are worthy of our own love and we are worthy of feeling good, and we are worthy just for breathing. And I hope this message is landing with you and serving you in some way. This week is Yum Kippur, which is the Day of Atonement. I have been attending Shabbat services and listening to the Rabbi, he's an Orthodox rabbi, but one thing that really resonated that he said recently was.

It's not just about forgiveness this holiday, it's not just about asking God to forgive us for all the sins. It's about connecting to God and getting closer to God and becoming more like God. That's what the fasting is like, becoming more like the Creator, which is what Kabbalah always says, is to become more like the creator.

So I love that so much. So now when I fast, it's gonna be more like I'm gonna be more like God versus, oh, I'm just, you know, asking for forgiveness for my sins. So it's all so interesting and I just felt called to come on and talk to you about receiving with ease and giving yourself grace and giving yourself.

Rest because you know, a baby doesn't earn love. A baby doesn't earn their diapers changed or food or anything. It demands and receives and it's beautiful and we love it. And we give because we love it. And God loves us. God loves us, and everything's here for us. I don't know if you've been following me on social media or anything, but I recently self-diagnosed with A DHD and it's been a powerful and awareness because A DHD people are more sensitive than other people.

They are. More critical of themselves than other people. So it's very interesting to be aware of this and to recognize, oh, I was in real estate this rejection business because sales is a rejection business. And being somebody that's overly sensitive, it's hard. And then, you know, having,. the inner critic be louder and meaner because I have a DHD, another awareness that's powerful. So, ,  I have affirmations that I post around my home that help me, help me rewire my subconscious programs, my conditioning, because I always talk about it. But it's true, it's science that 95% of the results in your life have to do with your subconscious programs.

Which means from zero to seven when your brain was in theta State, when your brain was a sponge and a recorder, it was taking on all the beliefs and energies of the people around you and society, and you were learning all of these things. Then now we're like running on this program, and if you didn't get supported and loved and properly cared for or taken care of, you may have these programs that you're not good enough.

And that's what's running the show for the last whatever years of your life. So it's very important to know this and to be aware and be able to go in and change and you can change these. And that's what EFT does. And I offer EFT sessions and that's what mantras and affirmations help do. And anyway, this is.

Getting a little longer than I expected, but I wanted to come on and share with you this valuable information, and I wish you a wonderful, wonderful day. You can grab my free self-love workshop, my recorded class, it's free. I would love for you to do that because you are worthy and abundance is your birthright, and I want you to have a beautiful, beautiful week.

Bye-bye.
