Hey guys. Happy Monday. Welcome back to Worthy and Abundant, the podcast. I have some exciting news. I am bringing back my worthy coaching program that is six weeks of. Transformational coaching. In your life and business, and I'm very, very excited to offer this and I'm in doing the work, and that's what the course will be. It will be you doing the work as well, and this is the inner work.
This is the powerful work that is going to transform your life and or business. So I'm very excited to bring that to you, and today I wanted to talk about the power of having a morning and evening ritual, if you will. Ritual or practice. It is so helpful in this world that we live in this very. Chaotic, very distracting world that we live in, and I just want to bring this to your attention because if you are not spending a few minutes or any amount of time in the morning to ground yourself, to love yourself, to connect to source, to connect to God.
You are missing out on ways to support yourself and your business and your life. So I love a morning practice. This could be journaling, praying, meditating, reading, gratitude, practice, writing out gratitude, saying gratitude. You can do three things you're grateful for. Um, there's so much you can do for the morning.
You can light a candle and sit in silence. Um, a friend was sharing a ritual that she started doing and that ritual, hang on, I'm gonna have to edit this out 'cause I got a phone call. I'm actually recording this. I am recording this on my phone, which is what I did on Sunday morning. For the podcast that I dropped yesterday morning.
And I just want you to know that if you are thinking of creating a podcast, it is easier than you think and it is so much fun. And I have met some amazing souls that have changed my life and have helped me so much. And it's just a powerful, beautiful thing. And if you are looking to create a podcast.

So just so you know, I'm recording this on my phone in my bedroom with the door closed. And Sunday morning I recorded yesterday's podcast in bed at 7:00 AM before I even got my coffee, I literally recorded a podcast from my bed.
So it's easier than you think. I'm happy to sport. So back to what I was saying about morning and evening practices. So it's so powerful to. Set yourself up to win for the day and to set yourself up to win for the following day When you go to bed with positivity, with um, gratitude, prayer, I love to get off technology.
People love to call me at nine o'clock at night. I don't answer the phone. I don't answer the phone because I am getting ready for sleep. I am supporting myself. That could be. Reading, taking my bath, meditating. I do EFT, sometimes affirmations, which can happen in the morning or in the evening. There's so many different ways that you can do this.
Um, but I just invite you to look into creating a morning or evening or both. Practice for yourself because it's so good. It's good for your soul. Your soul deserves time with you. God deserves time with you. So this is my invitation, and this is kind of what I wanted to talk about today, because it really, really is powerful in a spiritual routine to have a morning and night routine, whether it's visualization, gratitude, prayer.
Taking your bath. I love taking a bath in the evenings with Epsom salts and sometimes lavender, you know, um, bubble bath and. Yeah, just having time away from technology, away from the phone and like journaling your thoughts. What happened in the day that was good, what happened in the day that could have been different.
You could have handled differently. Just supporting yourself in feeling good before bed versus watching something scary or watching something that's drama and negative that affects us. It really does. So you know, I have A-D-H-D-I will, I. I am now aware of this, and it's very powerful because awareness is always the first step in changing your life and knowing why things are how they are.
So, um, it makes me, I, I recognize that having a DHD means that I'm extra sensitive. I have a A mean inner critic or meaner than others. So self-judgment is a thing, and that's part of what I teach, is turning that self-judgment into self-love and. That's a whole other podcast. But today I really wanted to talk to you about a morning and evening ritual.
If you have one, wonderful. If you don't consider starting something, and I know people are busy in the mornings, and maybe they have kids or a job to get to and they need their sleep, but you can find five minutes to yourself if you get up a little bit earlier and maybe sit with,. A book or a journal and sit with yourself with your coffee or tea and just have your you time.
You know me time. It's really, really. Beautiful and powerful and it's about not allowing the external circumstances, the 3D that we live in, affect us so much, right? It's responding instead of reacting. And that's what the morning and evening ritual helps with. And, you just connect with your soul and you connect with your higher self and God, and you realize like you are blessed to have another day to live on this planet.
Right? You are blessed. I mean, I'm gonna be honest with you. I had something very challenging I was facing today, and I. Didn't really worry too much about it until this morning because I like to live in the present moment and I choose not to worry because worrying is praying for bad and it doesn't change anything.
And it's, it's, it's hard, but it's a practice. So I had something I was facing today that was going to be a challenge for me, and it came out way better than I thought. It turned out way better than I expected. And it was very quick. And I'll just say that, before, before the, um, challenge I was facing, I said, there is a God and he loves me and I am safe.
There is a God and he loves me and I am safe. And I rooted myself in that knowing. This is facts, this is truths. And I believe this with all my heart and I have certainty that there is a God and I am loved. And if you don't believe in God, you can believe in the universe. There's something stronger than us that's orchestrating, that's creating this life and all the things.
So I wanted to share this with you and tell you that having a morning and an evening practice is very powerful in transforming your life and also your. Family's life, or your client's lives, or anyone that's in your world, because it all has a ripple effect. And that's another piece on the getting coaching, getting, growing, evolving, healing, becoming a better version of you.
And that is why I've invested over a hundred thousand dollars in my business, in myself, in my growth, and my healing is because. It's a ripple effect. It affects everyone in your life. Like you becoming better, makes other people around you better and makes you respond better. And you're a better mom and you're a better, dad, or you're a better spouse, right?
You're a better parent. There's so many benefits to coaching and two, healing, growing, and evolving. So that's what I wanted to share. And investing in yourself is one of the very best things you can do. You are worth it. I was listening to this podcast and she said, if your kids wanted to play piano, you would find the money to get them lessons.
But how about yourself? Do you spend the money on you? Right? We are happy to do whatever it takes for our kids, right? Get them the best of whatever it is that they desire. And support them. But when it comes to ourselves, we don't. Or we give our spouse something that they want, but we neglect ourselves. So this is my invitation to you to look in the mirror and say, you are worth investing in.
You are worth, like, we have one life right now and let's make it the best ever. And that means. Knowing you are worthy of investing in yourself, right? And if you wanna start a podcast, you are worthy of starting a podcast. You have a voice and you have something to share. You have knowledge, wisdom, expertise in something, in many things.
I mean, it's, it's so powerful. The point to me, to you is that you are worthy of all of your dreams and desires. I hope this episode is inspiring you in some way, and if it does.
