Linda's mission is...

Hey everybody. Welcome back. Happy Sunday today. I wanted to share something simple, but so life changing. Yesterday, no, not yesterday so Friday night I turned my phone off and did not turn it back on for 21 hours for Shabbat. So typically it's 24 hours, but I. It broke down like three hours before sundown, on Saturday and turned it back on, but it was amazing.

No scrolling, no notifications, no pressure . It was so beautiful just being me, being present, living life it's a real reset. And today I feel calmer, clearer, more energized, more like myself. And it feels so good. And I was thinking, why do I feel so good this morning besides sleeping really good?

And I think it's partly because I turned off my phone for 21 hours. We live in this world that pulls us in thousands of directions, from work and messages and news and noise and comparison. It just never ends. But our souls are not meant for that constant, constant stimulation. We are built for rhythm, for moments of stillness and connection and breath.

When we give ourselves permission to unplug even for a few hours, something beautiful happens. You reconnect with your values, you hear your own thoughts again, you come back to center. You remember what actually matters. You realize you get to enjoy. Life and rest is not a luxury, it's a necessity.

Yesterday reminded me that rest is not a luxury, it's a necessity. When we recharge the same way our phones charge, we get that reminder. That we are human beings, not human doings. And this is your gentle reminder today that you can create your own mini Shabbat. You can turn off your phone for a little while, walk outside. Breathe slowly. Let your nervous system reset. Let your mind soften. Give yourself the gift of being unreachable. For just a little bit.

You deserve it. You are worthy. Your body needs it. Your soul craves it, and when you come back, you're gonna feel lighter, clearer, and more aligned with the person you're trying to become. Thank you for being here. Here's to rest self care, and choosing what truly matters. And before I close, one quick reminder, if rest, clarity and realignment have you thinking about a new chapter, whether that's moving to Florida or anywhere else in the country.

I am here for you as a global real estate advisor. I can help you anywhere you're considering living, investing, or relocating. I work with trusted local experts in every market, so you'll always have someone on the ground who knows the area inside and out, wherever life is calling you next.

I'd love to help you get there. Have a beautiful Sunday. Thanks for listening. Take care
